Recently introduced, uPVC overlay panels for exterior doors mark both the completion of our offer and the emergence of a new first choice for many homes – frameless doors.
Our new panels are so-called one-sided flush panels, meaning that a warm and durable core is glued on the outside with a GFRP flush panel. "This is an incredibly durable material, similar to coatings used on ship and aircraft hulls," explains Mirosław Zimny, head of the technology department.
Overlay panels for exterior doors are perfectly smooth across their entire surface and can be processed in any way. They allow for the placement of warm, even triple-glazed windows, the milling of pilasters painted in any colour, and the application of stainless steel inserts flush with the panel's surface. They can be finished with colourful lacquers or decorative foils.
"Overlay panels offer phenomenal performance at reasonable prices," emphasizes Royal Doors, head of the marketing department. "These are doors for every home, including passive ones, and the wealth of designs, which can also be customized, allows them to fit any style."
